2024 La Dominique – St. Émilion Grand Cru – Flowers, black raspberries, plums, and a hint of mint impart a unique character to the perfume. Henrique Da Costa Chateau Pavie “It’s our terroir that really helped us in this vintage. 2024 holds the record for the most difficult vintage to produce since we purchased the estate. Our efforts in the vineyards, green harvesting, and selection during picking, and the ability to be patient in the search for ripeness is what made the difference for us this year.

Cyrille Thienpoint Pavie Macquin “Due to the rains during the harvest, we needed to perform a small bleeding of the vats, which helped us achieve better balance and harmony in the wines. We also conducted gentle extractions with fewer pump overs and used less new French oak in the aging, as that is what the 2024 vintage calls for needed.”
