Michel Reybier Chateau Cos d’Estournel “Being in organic conversion, the success of our late harvest was due to all our work in the vineyards during the growing season. Allowing the grass to remain later in the season was beneficial to help with excess water retention. That, coupled with finding the right picking dates made all the difference for us in the challenging 2024 Bordeaux vintage. In the cellars we had less skin contact, used whole berry fermentation, and lower temperatures for the macerations which also helped us make the most of the vintage.
