The palate is rich, supple, creamy, fresh, and loaded with sweet, blackberries, white pepper, plums, currants and spice. The wine is full-bodied, round, and concentrated, with a long endnote leaving you with peppery licorice, spearmint, and creme de cassis on the backend. The wine is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot and 3% Petit Verdot. 14.20% ABV. 3.7 pH. The harvest took place September 8 - September 27.
