Earthy black cherries, kirsch, wild herbs and spice come through easily in the nose and mouth. All of this is wrapped up in a fresh, round, silky bow of red, juicy fruits, licorice and earth in the finish. The wine is a blend of 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. 91-93 Pts

Vanilla, wild strawberry, earth and thyme reverberate here while the endnote displays soft texture, ripe black raspberries and licorice. You will be able to enjoy this on release. Due to the frost, yields were only ten hectoliters per hectare.

From 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. However the goal is to slowly replace the remaining Cabernet Franc with Merlot, so that at some point in the future, the wine is 100% Merlot. The wine reached 13.5% alcohol and will be aged in 100% new oak. With jammy kirsch, herb, coffee bean and earthy notes, this medium-bodied wine ends with soft, almost overripe cherry. 88-89 Pts
