Medium bodied, the licorice, plums, cherries and floral notes are already formed. The wine is soft, silky and elegant on the palate and in the blushing cherry finish. 90-92 Pts

Medium bodied, soft, gentle, weightless red fruits and licorice inflections are already easy to enjoy. Quite forward in nature, you can drink this silky wine on release.

Dark in color, the wine is soft, silky and forward with sweet, ripe, dark red fruits, licorice and spice. The fruit-filled finish serves up a generous blast of wild cherry and licorice.

Supple textures, lush, dark red fruits, wet earth, licorice, smoke and chocolate blend together perfectly here. The wine has body, softness and loads of sweet, juicy fruit in the endnote. This is a super value from St. Emilion that you should be hearing more about in the future, now that Hubert de Bouard is consulting the property.

Another new finding for me, this wine shows a lot of character and richness with its dark plums, chocolate and licorice profile. With sensuous tannins and a ripe, fruit-filled finish, the wine was made from a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Because this is a new wine just added to the consultancy of Hubert de Bouard, prices should be quite reasonable -- at least for now.
