This bottle seems to have just slipped past maturity. There is still a lot to like here, with its all its lush, ripe, sweet, juicy, peppery kirsch, black cherry, thyme and earthy notes. But it seems to lack the same level of intensity and power found in previous bottles from the same case. Note to self, try another bottle in the moderate future.
