Forward and already a pleasure to drink, the wine is all about its kirsch, spicy dark cherry, thyme and earthy garrigue core on the nose and palate. Elegantly styled, with plenty of sweet, ripe, red fruits in the finish, you should be able to enjoy this over the next 12-15 years with ease.

Round, fresh, bright, forward, early drinking, medium bodied, kirsch and herb filled, peppery charmer. Good character but not quite enough volume.

This medium bodied, soft, forward wine is already serving up its cherry, pepper, herb and spicy charms. This is not a wine for long term aging. It will probably be best on the young side.

Fully mature, this elegant, soft, spicy, kirsch filled wine does not want further aging. Medium bodied, earthy, and with a red, berry character, there is no reason not to be popping cork on this today.

Tea in color, this is clearly past its prime. The fruit has mostly faded away. Traces of red berries remain in the light, tart finish.

Severely fading, but not completely faded away, if you took a deep look below all the garrigue, underbrush, herbs, tobacco and spice, there were the last few remaining vestiges of peppery red pit fruits and greenery. Not a bad wine per se, just tired and ready to get going on its forever nap. If you have a bottle, drink it sooner than later before the last drops of fruit are lost.

Drinkable, but well past its prime, the wine focuses on spices, earth and tobacco, with glimpses of red fruits found now and again. Medium-bodied, bright and with an earthy finish, this is not a wine to hold as it is probaby decades past its prime.
