Agharta Wines Black Label (North Coast)
Aged for 54 months in 30% new French oak, the wine offered a lot of fresh vanilla and coffee scents along with cherries, flowers, kirsch, spice and jam. From a blend of 97% Syrah, 2% Grenache and 1% Viognier, this powerful wine was packed and stacked with mouth coating jammy kirsch and blackberries. This was like a Cote Rotie on steroids.
