St茅phane Ogier Cognet (C么te-R么tie)
Initially you notice the touch of mint and oceanic notes that come from the whole cluster vinification. The wine moves to its its elegant, refined, fruits on the palate with ease, displaying a wealth of black and red cherries, herbs, olives and vibrancy with a racy edge. From vines planted in schist terroir in the Cote Brune just south of the village, the grapes are 100% whole bunch fermented and aged in neutral oak for close to 24 months before bottling. Drink from 2026-2040. 271 Views Tasted Oct 24, 2025 |
