Just popped and poured, this was almost off the charts. Yes, it's still incredibly young and its best years are all in the future, but it's fun to check in and enjoy these wines in their youth allowing you to look back at what it was, and what it is. The pungent bouquet took almost no effort before grabbing your attention with its floral, earthy, truffle, black cherry liqueur, licorice and blue fruit aromas. Full bodied, concentrated and intense, the wine is pure hedonism in a glass. With its array of plum and cherry flavors, along with velvet textures, the majestic finish remained on your palate and expanded for close to 50 seconds.
