Moët & Chandon Cuvée Dom Pérignon Rosé (Champagne)
Tasting older than expected, the wine focuses on its lush, ripe, slightly honeyed, sweet, fresh, red cherries, strawberries, flowers, touch of orange citrus and brioche. The effervesce was soft and silky. I am not sure there is much to be gained from further aging here. 3,745 Views Tasted Mar 28, 2021 |

Moët & Chandon Cuvée Dom Pérignon (Champagne)
Continuing to develop nicely, the wine now marries elegance, complexity, freshness to fresh, citrus, flowers, toasted bread and almonds. The purity in the fruit stands out. This is effortless to drink. 7,147 Views Tasted Oct 1, 20181996 Dom Perignon is a mineral driven, Champagne with complicated notes of bread, citrus peel, lemon, floral and nut aromas. Rich, creamy and soft, the wine is more open, offering a lot more pleasure than it did, just a few years ago. 13,113 Views Tasted Oct 28, 20121996 Dom Perignon is rich, fat, creamy and filled with the perfect of amount of acidity to give it the right amount of lift. Citrus, yeast, stone and almond notes start off the perfume. The exudes freshness coupled with soft textures and a long finish. At close to 15 years of age, it's statring to show well, and it's only going to get better from here! This is one of the better young Champagnes I've tasted in ages. It's a stronger wine than the just released 2002. 15,707 Views Tasted Dec 14, 2010 |
1995
Moët & Chandon Cuvée Dom Pérignon (Champagne)
Rapidly maturing, the bubbles are starting to fade, the color has taken more of a darker hue and now, you find more sweetness with less acidity. Creamy, lush and nutty with a nice combination of yellow citrus, tropical fruits, apple and honeysuckle, the wine feels as if it has already started gently fading away. 4,530 Views Tasted Mar 28, 2021 |

Moët & Chandon Cuvée Dom Pérignon (Champagne)
I really likes this wine, with its creamy, smooth textures, the prefect amount of aging effervescence and brioche, citrus and stone character. From a perfect bottle bought on release and stored in cold cellar. 4,427 Views Tasted Nov 6, 2015 |
1982
Moët & Chandon Cuvée Dom Pérignon (Champagne)
Tasting at least 10-15 years younger, the wine served up a long impression of fresh citrus, brioche and honeyed lemons with ample bubbles and freshness. This was so good, I really wish I had more of this beauty stashed away in my cellar. 7,603 Views Tasted Jul 19, 2014 |

Moët & Chandon Cuvée Dom Pérignon (Champagne)
Yellow gold, with a hint of copper in the color, the wine maintained some, effervescence. Apples, honeysuckle, brioche, sherry and cashew nuts, silky, soft, caressing textures, with sweet, apple and citrus fruits with just a dab of honey in the finish. It was quite fun to a bottle of Dom Perignon this old. 7,124 Views Tasted Feb 17, 2018 |
