Château Pesquié Terrasses (Ventoux)
A blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah, much better in the nose than on palate with its spicy kirsch, stone and earthy nose, medium body and tart, drying, strawberry finish. Drink up, this is not a wine to age. 6,003 Views Tasted Jun 3, 2012 |

Château Pesquié Terrasses (Ventoux)
Peppery blackberries, herbs and earthy scents couple nicely with spicy, dark jammy berries, pepper and round textures. From a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah, this is already mature and should be enjoyed over the next few years. This is a great wine value, but there is no reason to age it. 5,332 Views Tasted Dec 1, 2011 |

Château Pesquié Quintessence (Ventoux)
Served double blind, I was positive this was a fading, albeit nice, lighter styled, 2000 Chateauneuf du Pape. I was shocked and quite happy this was still showing well, as I drank all my bottles years ago. Mostly on the secondary side, there was plenty of tobacco leaf, garrigue, pepper and cherry tone. Soft textured, with just a bit of grit on the texture in the finish, if you've been sitting on a few bottles, this is more than ready for you to pull a cork. For a Ventoux at basically 17 years of age, all I can say is Bravo! 2,085 Views Tasted Oct 15, 2016 |
