Clearly this an intensely sweet, concentrated wine that tastes and feels like it was made from an entire bushel of ripe and over ripe apricots and oranges, but it lacks a sense of elegance on the palate and in the finish. For me, this was well made, concentrated and powerful. It's clearly impresive, but it's not fun to drink. Wines like this are probably more of a matter of style. 90 Points

Served blind, from the first sniff, swirl and sip, this wine rocked me. Copper orange in color, with a bouquet packed with orange rind, candied lemon, apricot, honey, flowers and spice box, the wine is unctuous, fat, sweet, dense and incredibly long. The rich, sugary, ripe, finish remains on your palate for at least 40 seconds. This is so rich, you can sip it, or eat with a spoon. This is very sweet stuff. 97 Points
