Domaine des Rémizières Cuvée Émilie (Hermitage)
Big, powerful, tannic, rich, balanced and far too young to be tasting it, but in the name of science, things do happen. This full bodied, concentrated gem has a lot going on. The tannins are ripe, the nose is packed with minerals, coffee bean, blackberries, herbs, pepper and licorice. This wine takes up a lot of room on your palate with all its layers of ripe berries. For a wine at this level of quality, it is more than fairly priced.
