Sorry for not responding yesterday. But I have been swamped with a project. What a great selection of wines How did you get all the California Cabernet Sauvignon wines in Europe?
If it was me, I'd decant all wines about the same, 2 hours each. I'd probably remove flight #1 and place the 11 with the other 11's, the 12 with the other 12's and the same with the 2013.
Personally, I like to go from light to heavy, so I would start with 2011, go to 2014, 2012 and finish with 2013.
Some wines like Ridge and Togni could use a longer decant, but you'll be fine with 2 hours for all the wines. I'm a little jealous!
