Montrose 2006

Post by Fielding » Sat Jan 16, 2016 12:30 pm

I plan to commit infanticide next Saturday. I have a double magnum of 2006 Montrose that I want to open for a party. Knowing that it is young and tannic, what time should I open it for a 7:00 party?

Sorry I did not see this earlier. 4-6 hours for a bottle that size of a wine that young and tannic.

Let me know what you thought of the wine.

Jeff:

Thank you for the advice. Because of the massive snowstorm in New York City, my party was substantially downsized, and I decided to hold off on the 2006 Montrose. I will let you know hen I open it.
