Thanksgiving wines

Cedric Bouchard Inflorescence Blanc du Noir - I have always liked Bouchard's wines since the first time I tasted them several years ago. But, I left a few that I bought several years ago undrunk so I could see what happened with time. Wish I knew the vintage, but this really has improved since I first bought it. Maybe lost a bit of the fruit (but not much) but that is replaced by a sort of creaminess, complexity and overall completeness.

1988 Troplong Mondot - I liked this a lot more than I have more recent vintages. Only 13% alcohol, beautifully balanced. Not a great, great wine, but very enjoyable.

Happy Thanksgiving Howard! I have not had 1988 Troplong Mondot for ages. If you like that wine, but not the more ripe years, you would probably enjoy 1995, 1996, 1999, 2001, 2002 and 2004.
