Cool.. Angelus is one of my absolute favorite wines and opening it for my 40th was a special treat.

I recently has this Angélus 2004 in a verticale in april 2007 (90/100).
And liked it it june 2006 (94/100 in a 2004 huge horizontale).

In the verticale, I felt some alcohol (whereas the 2003 appeared quite fresh).

Did you ?

Not really. But then I also would be drinking big Napa Cabernet the same week or day so in comparison, the Angelus is like a silk sheet compared to a down filled comforter..
