Deep, dark, and intense, the wine is rich, ripe, and loaded with black and blue fruit, pepper, tannin, toasty oak, black cherry, chocolate, and licorice. Power and intensity are the hallmarks of this palate-staining elixir. The wine was made from a blend of 80% old vine Syrah planted in 1920 and 20% Grenache. The wine is whole-cluster vinified and aged in new demi-muids for 10-12 months before bottling. Only 400 cases were produced. Drink from 2024-2035.
