Made from a blend of 59% Cabernet Sauvignon and 41% Merlot, the wine is showing some signs of maturity in the nose but not in the mouth, as it's still strict and tannic. On the palate, the wine is firm, masculine and straight forward, with a fresh, juicy cassis personality. 4,774 Views Tasted May 25, 2016It takes some effort to find the coffee, tobacco and cassis scents as the wine is still tight. The wine is medium/full bodied, tannic and demands another 3-5 years of cellaring before coming around.
