Too early for me to make a list as I tend to drink great wines when they are at or near their drinking window and I suggest that the great wines so far, will not be at their best for at least another ten years or indeed much longer in the case of 2009 and 2005 Bordeaux for example.
Of the few wines I have actually drunk from this century,my favourites would be the 2001 and 2003 Yquem.

La Mission Haut Brion 2000. This is the greatest wine in 21st century so far.

We have had many many many discussions about the question : when does the 21st century begin ?
The answer is 01-01-01 or 01/01/01.
So, all the wines of 2000 cannot be counted in the Top 10 of the 21st century.

As I am not an expert in young wines, I will just give some wines which have impressed me :

2009 Yquem the most glorious ever
2001 Yquem the most glorious before 2009 appeared
    2005 Montrachet DRC
    2005 La Turque Guigal
    2005 Chambertin Armand Rousseau
    2005 La Tâche
2003 Corton Charlemagne Coche Dury (probably not the greatest year of the decade, but the best ready to drink)
    2005 Mouton
