Hi Martin

I know it's heresy, but Selosse is not at the top of my list for Champagne. But I imagine you would of guessed that. It's too much minerality, and not enough of the creamy textures I like in Champagne. Many of friends love Selosse, as well as a lot of winemakers I know.

As I said Jeff, this champagne is for minerality-lovers. Very special style, no doubt.
Last autumn I opened a Selosse V.O. Extra Brut.......simply sensationell, but my guest was not impressed.

Besides "Initial" we also had 1999 Moet & Chandon Millesime Blanc - Vintage, this was very good, but not my taste.

I love minerals, and Riesling, even so, I'm not the biggest fan of Selosse, I like more finesse in Champagne...
