    Default RECIPE: Pear-Roquefort Strudel

    A temptation..........

    Note: I think it is helpful to use lower heat, please use 180C/356 F

    Ingredients
    2 big pears
    1 brioche
    200g Roquefort/Fourme d`Ambert
    3 tbsp butter
    3 tbsp sugar
    2-4 layers of Strudel/Filo
    Poire Williams
