I am SO going to make this...what wine would you pair this up with?...A Muscat desert wine, or could you have it with say a Chardonay?

Lisa,

I would choose a Muscat desert wine. But try both wines and tell us the result.

Good luck,
Martin

P.S. serve the Tarte lukewarm

I served this tart on three occassions, until I got it just right lol...My friends and family loved this yummy desert all three times I must say, and I discovered that my favorite wine with this tart was the Montevina Chardonay, with aromas of tart apples, figs, flavors of tropical fruit and ripe pear, with hints of vanilla bean and toasted almonds. I thought it was a perfect pairing!...:)
