Add to that, honey coated oranges, caramel, brown sugar, butterscotch, breakfast tea with a few tablespoons of honey and you start to get the idea about the bouquet. The wine still retains fruit and it's in balance with the acidity, finishing with sweet, fresh, candied orange, burnt caramel and honeyed nuts in the end notes.
