Sineann 2007 Schindler Vineyard Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
Garnet in color. Aromas of black & red fruits. Medium-bodied with flavors of blackberry, ripe juicy bing cherry, nutmeg and some other kitchen spice that I haven't quite figured out yet, toasty vanilla, hints of earth. A ever so slight bite on the finish that I think will go away with some time. Overall this is pretty enjoyable.
