Here comes one of my favourite cake (without flour!) from the spanish island of Mallorca.

Ingredients
200g almonds
5 eggs
200g sugar
peel of 1 organic-orange and 1 organic-citron
icing sugar

optional: 1tsp cinnamon and 2tbsp brandy.

18 cm/7inch springform-pan
