Here comes the all-time french classic "Canard à l`Orange"...........

2 duck breasts
1 orange
Grand Marnier
Marinade: 2 orange (zest&juice), 1 tbsp acacia honey (mild), 1-2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cinnamon
